Leaps…n…Boundz can only achieve their mission of helping children work beyond their boundaries by employing coaches who know how to think and work outside “the box.”  Stephanie K. Neutze fits that description.

Stephanie received two Bachelor of Science degress from Waldron College of Health and Human Services in both Recreation, Parks & Tourism and Physical and Health Education.

She has taken her education and applied it in a number of areas that help “her kids” reach their targeted goals.  These areas include sensory processing, organization of behavior, motor planning and gross motor activities and athletics in a school environment.

She is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) as well as being trained in CPR, First Aid Safety, Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) and trained in van transportation (including wheelchair harnessing and safety).

Her background includes Big Fun Gymnastics where she was the district manager, facility manager and therapist for children with special needs; Rebounders Gymnastics, where she instructed beginner to advanced gymnastics classes to participants 24 months to 18 years old on all Olympic events; and Mt. Washington Pediatric Hosptial where she assisted in creating appropriate developmental atmospheres for hospitalized children together with being the group leader for “Sibshops,” workshops for siblings of children with special needs.
